How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Even though many people now think of printing as a commodity, (which can be purchased like shoes or computers) it really isn't, because each item has your name on it and there is no secondary market for printed material. Printing is one of the last true custom manufacturing trades in the marketplace, and I take pride in that. Each item is made for a specific use and for a specific customer, and it has to be right, every time, or it's headed to the recycler. Web design is the same way. Each site is created for a particular use and it needs to reflect the objectives and personality of the site owner.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Since printing is custom manufacturing it can't be done well, without taking the time to learn about the client's needs and objectives. We make it a priority to understand the clients business and it's personality. We take a refreshing approach to business: we answer our phone, no phone tree, no auto response, just person to person service. Try it, we think you'll like it.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Newberg but work with our strategic partners and clients all over the West, from Barrow Alaska to Los Angeles, and from Hawaii to Kansas.
