How long have you been in business?
We opened the business in a tiny showroom in Tigard 23 years ago. Since then, with the support of the community we have grown to 3 large showrooms: Beaverton, Jantzen Beach and Wilsonville.
What is your primary product or service?
NW Rugs has the largest in-stock collection of rugs on the west coast - 20,000 hand knotted, hand-tufted and machine made rugs in all sizes and shapes to fit every project budget. To the trade services are also offered. We also offer professional rug cleaning and repair services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Rugs weaving is an ancient art form with a rich history. The craftsmanship and artistry of hand knotted rugs is quite amazing and hard to not admire. We wanted to bring these treasures to the general public.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
